Evidence about activity, not copies of every payload.

Assure is designed to collect the minimum evidence needed to reconstruct and review system activity. Metadata, identifiers, timestamps and hashes can still be personal or confidential information and must be governed accordingly.

Hash-only is the default source policy.

A hash-only Assure source is blocked from uploading artifact bytes. The commitment can support later integrity checks without transferring the underlying value.

Customers control connection scope.

Source configuration, allowed fields and payload policy define what a connection may send. Payload-enabled use requires an explicit configuration change and suitable governance.

No general-purpose model training by default.

The current product position is that customer data is not used to train general-purpose foundation models unless separately and expressly agreed. Final contractual language remains subject to legal configuration and counsel review.

An operative notice is not published yet.

Entity, privacy contact, processing purposes, provider roles, regions, rights handling, analytics and retention remain explicit blockers in the noindex legal preview. This factual page is not a substitute for that notice.
